The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recognizes August as an annual observance month to highlight the importance of getting recommended vaccines throughout your life.
This August, protect yourself and your loved ones against life-threatening illnesses such as tuberculosis, whooping cough, chickenpox, and pneumonia by checking your vaccination history.During National Immunization month I further encourage you to talk to the PNP team, doctor or other health care professional to check if you are up to date on the recommended vaccines for your age group.
